Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may have to cancel your visit, possibly at the last minute. Just give us a courtesy call at (703) 486-1309 or email me at kphillips@potomacwaldorf.org to let us know you will not make the appointed time or if you would like to reschedule for a future date.
