Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in administrative leadership experience, marketing and/or other related areas
Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance vision with execution
Excellent interpersonal skills and employee management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with care and attention to detail
Preferred:
Experience in Waldorf education or a deep interest in learning about it
Experience in independent school administration
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Current certifications for CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration
