Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience in administrative leadership experience, marketing and/or other related areas

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance vision with execution 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and employee management skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with care and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience in Waldorf education or a deep interest in learning about it

  • Experience in independent school administration 

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience

  • Current certifications for CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration
