OUR ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Admissions for Preschool, Kindergarten & Elementary Programs
Step One: Visit
Our admissions process begins with a visit to our school, an email, or phone call to our Director of Admissions & Enrollment, Torie Gorges. You may join us for a Tour or Open House. Please RSVP online or contact us directly to schedule a private tour.
Step Two: Apply
For the 2019-20 school year: We have a few spaces remaining in some of our classrooms (kindergarten, elementary grades 1, 3 and 5). If you are interested in PCWS for the current school year, we welcome you to submit an application.
For the 2020-2021 school year: Applications will be due January 29, 2020. Please contact our Director of Admissions and Enrollment, Torie Gorges, for more information.
Step Three: Playgroup or Meeting
Our faculty will carefully review your application and, depending on the age of your child, invite you and your child to an applicant playgroup or classroom visit, and a parent-teacher meeting.
For applicants to the Grades, the Director of Admissions and Enrollment will contact you about teacher recommendations and school records and to set up a visit for your child.
Step Four: Enrollment Decision
Our Director of Admissions & Enrollment will be in touch with our decision by early March (for applications for 2020-21 received by January 29, 2020) or as soon as possible following a submitted application and applicant visit.
Step Five: Tuition Assistance
If applicable, please submit an application for Tuition Assistance.
Admissions for Parent-Child Programs: Acorns, Sprouts and Seedlings
Parent-Child Classes: Enrollment into our Parent-Child Program does not follow the same application process as our preschool/kindergarten/elementary. A completed enrollment form and payment is all that we require for our Parent-Child classes.
To enroll, please follow the links below.
If you have any questions about our programs or the admissions process, please contact us. We look forward to receiving your application and meeting you and your child!
