Admissions for Preschool, Kindergarten & Elementary Programs

We are currently accepting applications on a rolling basis for the 2022-2023 school year. Please read the following for details about the admissions process for each program we offer.

Preschool and Mixed-Age Kindergarten Programs:

Step 1: Contact our Director of Enrollment & Admissions; she will describe our programs and share resources to help you learn more about PCWS and Waldorf Education.

Step 2: Complete an Early Childhood Program application, including a teacher recommendation from your child's current school and release of school records if your child has previously been enrolled in school. Please note: an application is not considered complete until all requested documentation has been received by the Director of Enrollment & Admissions.

Step 3: In-Person Student-Parent-Teacher Interview. Our Early Childhood faculty will review your application and contact you to schedule a three-day visit for the student.

Step 4: Enrollment decision. Our Director of Enrollment & Admissions will be in touch with our decision as soon as possible following a submitted application and parent-teacher interview. Please note that if there are special circumstances (e.g., a child with special needs), the enrollment decision may need to be delayed until we are able to meet in person and determine the school's ability to meet the child's needs well.
